Hey you! Youre an amazing person thank you for modding this! Its a match made in heaven. The file is very clean and great to mess with, giving a whole new OOMPH Ive been missing. Cant play without it now :)
an alternative would be ntsBlood for anyone who seems to have performance issues with this mod. you lose out on some of the misc functions but its quite easy to tweak if you're looking for the grittier blood effects of this mod.
this mod uses objects to place down stains, which is incredibly performance-heavy to leave them in the level, ntsBlood uses sprite drawing functions to overlay the image, which has effectively zero impact on performance as they do not need to be persistent in memory.
figured i'd leave this here, since blaac hasn't updated this for awhile.
