A downloadable mod

A character for Nuclear Throne Together based on the boss Mom.

Active - Mom can lay eggs that hatch into deadly kamikaze-driven frogs.

Passive - Overfill your toxic meter to heal over time.

Attack - Mom cannot pick up weapons, instead she fires a ball of pure toxic gas. She can then collect this toxic gas in order to use her other abilities.

Currently no sprites for the ultra buttons or HUD icons, but I'll probably do them later.
