Pulse Rifle

Adds a recreation of the Pulse Rifle from Half-Life 2 into NT. Only spawns on secret areas, mainly because I wasn't sure where to spawn it. Video

Left click for normal fire, right click to shoot an energy ball capable of completely disintegrating an enemy (active is disabled while using the weapon).

The energy ball uses portal strike ammo to fire, and as a result spawns strike canisters every level if you're holding the weapon at the start of the level.
