GENERAL

+    Loop Boss for Crystal Heart chunks
+    NT:TE skins now have special reskins for their Golden Weapons
+    Elite Eels spawn lightning rings on death
~    Crown of Crime is now pre-loop exclusive
~    Crown of Bonus is now loop exclusive
~    Reduced the size of Crystal Heart chunks, but increased enemies
~    Reduced Crystal Brain spawns and decreased their clone lifespan
~    Reduced the Super Ambush's intensity, and lowered its spawn chance
~    Reduced how much Coast's ocean slows the player


WEAPONS
+    New weapon, Entangler
+    Golden Tunneller
+    Cat Chests now offer red ammo
~    Red Weapons are now charge weapons
~    Increased Annihilator's slash damage and reduced its reload time
~    Increased Tunneller's orb damage and tweaked its loot spawns
~    Tunneller's area chunks are no longer increased in size by Laser Brain
~    Improved Pizza Cutter's charge FX
~    Golden Merged Weapons start with at least 2 shots
*    Fixed Scythe's prompt loading tips changing level gen
*    Fixed Bat Disc Cannon's homing sprite being offset
*    Fixed errors related to mods firing charge weapons


PETS
+    New pet for Crib
+    New API for custom pets
~    Reduced Twins pet's contact damage from 2 to 1
*    Fixed Parrot pet hyper-splashing in Coast when sitting too far out
*    Fixed Golden Mimic appearing under weapon pickups when closed
*    Fixed Prism pet having buggy duplications for some thrown weapons
*    Fixed pet loading tips affecting level generation
*    Fixed pets getting getting stuck in walls occasionally
*    Fixed pets running around Captain's cutscene
*    Fixed pets that don't exist appearing on the stats screen if another mod spawned one incorrectly


PARROT
+    Simplified Parrot's active ability
+    Visual improvements to feather HUD
+    Indicator for off-screen charmed enemies
~    Charm now uses Bodyguard Style
~    Ultras adjusted for Bodyguard Style
~    Charmed enemies attack much more often
~    Reduced max feathers from 5 to 3 stacks
~    Reduced per-feather charm time from 2 to 1 seconds
~    Reduced the feathers released by certain chests
~    Uncharming enemies no longer gives them i-frames
~    Bosses no longer lose charm twice as fast
*    Fixed the Best Area stat breaking area names with custom sprites
*    Fixed the Loops stat increasing when they visited a Crown Vault
*    Fixed Parrot pitching Revolver's swap sound around
*    Fixed charmed enemies removing i-frames from enemies they touch
*    Fixed charmed enemies appearing over feathers when outlines are on
*    Fixed charmed Snipers targeting the player
*    Fixed charmed Crystal Brains not charming clones
*    Fixed charmed Campsite Bandits having partially green bandanas when shaders are enabled


POLISH & IMPROVEMENT
+    Significant performance improvements
+    Gave Toxic Ballguys a shadow
~    Increased the pickup drop chance for Cats slightly
~    Increased the weapon drop chance for Pelicans
~    Divers in Palm Tree Forts now fall to their death
~    Seal King won't pan the camera during their intro if enemies exist
~    Improved the Coast ocean's mod compatibility
~    Increased the volume of the Warp Zone's music
~    Reduced the chance for the Warp Zone to lead to Crib
~    Bonus Ammo stops ticking after entering a new level
~    Cat Chest turrets no longer become ammo chests with Crown of Love
*    Partial fix for shaders in NTT beta (9942+) versions
*    Anomaly portals can no longer spawn out of bounds
*    Fixed Mom's pool covering the Sewers manhole
*    Fixed Lair manholes rarely appearing over players when grounded
*    Fixed Silver Tongue being obtained without Big Shots
*    Fixed Seal King sometimes erroring on death
*    Fixed Seal King getting stuck in their intro due to mod interactions
*    Fixed Coast Chaos Heart chunks having Parrot pets, and no walls
*    Fixed Oasis Chaos chunks having Slaughter pets
*    Fixed Labs Chaos chunks not having TechnoMancer
*    Fixed Crown Vaults right after warping leading to four areas ago
*    Fixed multiple Crystal Hearts spawning on loop if old loops had none
*    Fixed Albino Gator laser sights being able to appear below the Coast
*    Fixed Coast rocks occasionally spawning over floors
*    Fixed Diver's death sprite being offset wrongly
*    Fixed buggy Hammerhead Sharks on non-30 FPS
*    Fixed Pit Squid arms flashing multiple times when hit
*    Fixed the Abyssal Fish skin's eye trails not lining up with their eyes
*    Fixed Bonus Ammo HUD being offset in co-op
*    Fixed Weapon Mimic not setting death causes on some melee attacks
